Today: did some revisions and finished grades.
Workout wise: had the luxury of working out slowly.
PT, push ups (6 sets of 10, 30, 10 then 10 chest tap pushups), pull ups: sets of 10 then 5, then 5 singles; usual 50 reps.
Bench: 10 x 134, 3 sets of 5 x 156
curls: 3 sets of 10
Swiss bar high incline: 3 sets of 10
Then the West Peoria 5K course.
