One more admin task to do before the semester officially ends. Ok, and marching…comes with the territory.
So, the working out: I did my workout in two parts yesterday. Morning: PT, deadlifts (10 x 134, 10 x 184, 10 x 228 lb), 3.3 mile walk. Later: 1.6 mile walk home before grading. Then while grading: I took breaks to do pull ups:
10 singles, 10 singles, 10, 4 sets of 5 bent knee, with shoulder PT
push ups: 30, 30, 30, 10 (the sets of 30 were taxing)
Kind of strange, but the walks went ok.
Today: PT, then a longer walk. Some discomfort at mile 3.5 or so, and the hills seemed a bit more burdensome than usual.
I did two Cornstalk hills; one long one, one shorter one. Grading: back stiffened up a bit.
