Not sleeping great; back stiff upon waking up (slight pain) so…got out there away.
PT: did PT with 6 sets of 10 push ups, then 30, then 25
pull ups with shoulder PT: 3 sets of 5 bent knee singles, then 2 sets of 10 (first set was the best set), 5 singles with bent knee, 10 singles on the 10 seconds.
downstairs: 10 x 134, then 2 sets of 5 x 156 (ugly finishes) then 5 x 154 (2 lb less was so much easier?)
3 sets of curls, 3 sets of 10 x 94 Swiss bar high inclines, then my walk on the flat W. Peoria course. It was damp, drizzly, foggy and I went out easily and got warmed up; felt great when I finished.
