Well, stoked about getting an 89 dollar lower level ticket to the Packers vs Bears (though a slightly more expensive Media Deck ticket is tempting me…)
Friday: split my workout due to taking B to the airport. Did weights and PT early, walked home via Bradley Park (16:40 for the full Cornstalk loop) to get the walking in.
The app cut off right when I crossed.
The weights: started with PT before the drive. Then pull ups: sets of 5 and 5 singles, then downstairs:
bench: 5 x 134, 3 x 156, 1 x 171, fail at 181, 1 x 174 (barely), then 2 sets of 5 x 154
curls: 3 sets, high incline: 3 sets of 10 x 94
Then push ups with more PT: 4 sets of 25 with elbows tucked.
Saturday; slept late, lazy PT (but got them all, and chest taps)
Deadlifts: 10 x 134, 10 x 184, 10 x 261, (4 inch) 10 x 280 (8 inch)
then 4.18 Cornstalk miles.
Back check in: somewhat stiff upon waking up but pretty good overall.
