I’ve spent some mental energy thinking about a math problem..but now I need to write it down and nail it down. Then I need to work on the figures.
Today, I made myself understand that, though my walking range is limited (by keeping it pleasant) making 2 miles on a day doesn’t mean I should try it every day. So today, it was only 1 mile and quit just before pleasantness started to erode.

The walking this week:
2 (29:30), 1.14, 2.01 (28:04) 1.35 (hike), 1.05 for 7.6 miles. Shorter than previous weeks, but easier on the body. The first 2 and the 1.35 were tough.
Overall, I had a 2 hour workout (leisurely paced) mixing PT with my outdoor stuff (did ALL of my PT exercises today; not just a selection and some hip hikes)
pull ups: 4 sets of 5, 2 sets of 10, 4 sets of 5 (2 mixed grip, 1 chin, 1 wide); not all reps were good. Had to focus on tightening the abs as I was getting tingles at times.
Push ups: 30 incline, 30 decline, 20 deficit, 20 flat
Bench press: 10 x 134, 9 x 145, 8 x 145 (Swiss bar, feet elevated)
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 30 single arm (taking care to make it an honest row)
curls 3 sets of 10
high incline (93) 3 sets of 10 careful.
deadlifts (low today) 10 x 134, 10 x 184, 10 x 224 (felt good about these)
Then the walk.
