Work tomorrow

Well, PT at 9:30 then Dr at 1. we shall see.

Today: swim 1100 yards:

200 free, 100 back, 100 side, 100 kick (single arm out) with fins, 4 x 50 on 1:10 (55 each), 100 drill with fins, 2 x 100 (1:50-1:52) on 1:30, 100 with fins/drill.

Then PT at home, followed by a 15:30 (1 mile) walk.

Better than zip.

Note: “the urge” is there..probably dr. appointment 2.
