False alarm?

I was worried about Friday when my glute just ached. It appears that, while the glute does not hurt WHILE cycling, it hurts afterward.

The culprit appears to be putting pressure on my feet while my thighs are vertical and my shins are horizontal. Example: the legs in a bench press where there is an arch in the back.

Today was ok. Far from perfect, but I had moments of walking sans pain, which is always good.
