Energy boost

I was dragging about 11:30 am. But teaching pumped me up for some reason.

It went fine.

Workout notes: weights, 32 minutes bike.

pull ups: 10 singles, 10 singles, 10, 7, 7, 6, 5 chins, 5 chins, rehab (included banded walks)

deadlifts: 10 x 134, 10 x 184, 10 x 224 (weak)

4 inch: 10 x 251.

8 inch: 10 x 271

Then the bike.
