Stepping up the walk.

Yoga then 24 laps of the Riverplex track (3.05 miles): 14:38, 14:11, 14:47. Note: each “mile” is 15 seconds long. Yes, stretches at mile 1 and mile 2, so this was like doing slow intervals.

Yeah…I taxed it a bit too much. And I wore a mask.
