Using the elliptical trainer with a bum shoulder

Do. Not. Slouch. And. Lean. Into. The. Bars. OMG, a ton of “after the fact” shoulder pain..the glute tolerated it well, but do NOT lean into it.

I wasn’t using this kind..but my posture was something like this..note the “push stress” on the shoulders.
