Yes, this is day 1 after vaccine shot 1 (Moderna).
Symptoms: it feels a lot like allergies: sort of tired, brain fog (more so than usual…like I need more sleep), lower energy, old injuries aching.
Still, teaching was fine.
The walk: less than stellar energy and tingles/tightness came on earlier than normal.
