Today: some lifting: pull ups: 50 reps, included 5’s, singles, etc and quite a few chin ups
Bench press: 10 x 134, 2 x 184, 3 x 174, 4 x 174 (about killed me) 5 x 164, 6 x 154 (done)
seated shoulder: 4 sets of 5 x 96 (each side: 10kg, 6 kg, 10kg bar, 1 kg collars for 44 kg) then 1 set of 10 x 44 dumbbells.

push ups: 40, 30, 10
headstand (went well)
Pretty sunrise Then: 134, 184 on the bench, and my reps with 44 kg (96 lb) on the seated shoulder press. The 1 inch set: I got in 1984.
The bench: bench with spotter this year. Bar was from 1984; weight plates from recently, via a Shamburg company (Illinois, near Chicago)
