Empty tank

I am not sure as to what is going on. Either I pushed the deadlifts too hard on Wednesday OR platelet donation seems to have affected my ability to recover.

Nevertheless: I tried …and *started* with somewhat sore legs.

Trap bar deadlifts: all low handle, all neutral (no deficit)

1 x 224

1 x 254

5 x 254 (no bounce). That was my best up to now (in this past 1.5 years or so).

That was enough for today.

Walk: 3 miles in 51 minutes; very sluggish and some glute pain.
