3. Watch a women’s game on ESPN3 (Bradley beat Missouri-KC 84-70, in a game that was close at the half.
I do not missed the forced socializing. I do miss the games, the joint workouts, etc.

pull ups: 55 reps, in sets of 5, 10, singles, several with palms facing me.
bench press: 10 x 134, 10 x 154 (hard) all with pauses)
trap bar deadlift: deficit: 10 x 134, 10 x 184, 10 x 209
high handles: 10 x 234
shoulder press: 10, 8 with 90, 10 with 88, then 10 x 44 dumbbells
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 134
plank: 2:30..this one was torture.
