pull ups: a lot of slow singles; best quality I’ve had in a while: 50 total.

bench press: 10 x 134, 2 x 184, 2 x 184, 3 x 174, 4 x 169, 5 x 164 (all with pauses)

trap bar squats: (deficit), 10 x 134, 10 x 156, 10 x 167

seated shoulder: 3 sets of 10 x 44 dumbbell, 8 x 90 barbell

trap bar rows: 3 sets of 10 x 134

push ups: 40, 30, 10 headstand (had to settle myself down)

I love it when the pace is leisurely.
