trap bar squats (low handle) 10 x 134 neutral, then 10 x 134, 10 x 156, 10 x 167 deficit
Trap bar rows: 3 sets of 10 x 134
seated shoulder presses with dumbbells: 10 x 40, then 3 sets of 10 x 44
push ups: 30, 30, 15
headstand.
