This was my usual 11 mile, slow “day after deadlifts” walk. I’ve had a series of these and ALL have been between 16:12-16:52 mpm (one was 13). I just can’t seem to snap out of the doldrums. There was some wind but that was about it.
Positive: crisp day, and no glute pain.
