Well, that’s a lie: I am lifting at home and that is due to COVID..though I do have some bully exercise equipment

pull ups: broken into groups of 10 reps: sets of 5, 3, 2, and singles (quality)

bench press: (pauses), 10 x 132, 4 sets of 4 x 165 (all with pauses)
shoulder press: 10 x 88, 8 x 88, 8 x 88, 10 x 70
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 60 single arm

push ups: 20, 20, 10, 10 1 minute rests

headstand
