Well, we go to yet another week of online teaching. Exams due tonight…well…tough situation all around.
Workouts are keeping me sane…and no, my going out and buying more plates won’t make me stronger. And yes, I do need collars with my still unsteady squats.
pull ups: 3 sets of 10, 2 of 5-5, superset with free squats, rotator cuff, back stretches
bench press: 10 x 132, 5 x 176, 5 x 170, 5 x 170 (the 176 set was hard)
rows (hex bar) 3 sets of 6 x 134
curls; 3 sets of 5 x 60
squats: 5 x 44, 5 x 94, 5 x 94, 5 x 94 (still learning this)
dumbbell presses (seated) 3 sets of 5 x 44
hex bar leg-emphasis deadlift: 3 sets of 5 x 184
walk: 2 miles easy.
