am: 3.1 mile walk in 37:50 (treadmill)
pm: quick: rotator cuff, pull ups: 15-10-10-10-5, dead lifts (straight bar) 6 x 135, 6 x 185, 4 x 225 (best since restarting)..seems to be easier than low handle hex deadlifts.
