straight bar dead: 6 x 135, 6 x 185, 5 x 205, 1 x 225 (went up relatively easily) 6 x 185
incline: 10 x 135
decline: 10 x 160
shoulder: seated, supported 2 sets of 15 x 50, standing: 10 x 45
rows: single arm, 10 x 50 (3 sets)

then a 2 mile walk.
