Kind of tired..got my wife to the airport at 4:20 (got up at 3:30 am; early for me)
I still got in a decent weight workout and then learned some “new to me” actuary science.

Workout notes: weights only. Pull ups: fine, 4 sets of 10 (good), 2 of 5 (better form),

goblet squats: 6 x 25, 6 x 50, 6 x 60
hex dead (handles down): 6 x 135, 6 x 185, 5 x 205, 1 x 225 (not bad), 6 x 185
incline: 10 x 135.
decline: 4 x 185, 10 x 160
shoulder press (I don’t do true military presses): 10 x 50 standing (50 in each hand), 15 x 50 seated, supported, 10 x 40 standing
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 50 single arm.
