I was pleased to see the Kentucky governor’s race go to a Democrat. But:
As yes, the Kentucky governor had personality issues; Republicans won the other statewide races. Yes, I know Mitch McConnell is an unpopular Senator (per constituent rating). But his unpopularity might not be of the same type (e. g. nasty personality) and it might not cost him.
So…accept the gift and move on.
Democratic race I know..Joe Biden told a 10 year old girl that she was pretty. And the wokes just about blew a gasket.
You know what? A couple of days ago, my wife told a 14 year old girl that she was pretty…and her parents loved the compliment.
I honestly think that being in certain atmospheres makes one LESS able to relate to the public at large, and that can hurt a political candidate….and hurt them in ways that a woke liberal cannot detect.
