Well, cool weather for Sunday. What to do? I am signed up for the marathon but there is a 6 hour cut off and, frankly, I probably cannot walk sub 6 hour. But with some jogging…possible? This course is 2 loops and if I am dead after loop 1, I can drop. And it also goes past my house …as in, right past the front door. So my guess is that I will try. We shall see.
Workout notes: yoga, then a 4 mile jog (very easy). Not a care in the world pace. If I can do that 6 times in a row then I could walk it in and beat the time limit.
