Woo hoo…back is nowhere near as sore today:

weights only: rotator cuff, pull ups (5 sets of 10, one of 5)
bench: 10 x 135, 1 x 185, 5 x 155 pause (hard)
decline: 10 x 165
military: 2 sets of 10 x 40 standing (gingerly), 2 sets of 10 x 180 machine
machine rows; 3 sets of 10 x 110
goblet squats: 6 x 35, 6 x 50, 6 x 60, 4 x 70 (all good depth)
hex dead: 5 x 175
head stand, 2:30 plank (tough)
lots of back stuff.
