Busy busy..

Not much time to write about issues as a math paper has gripped me hard.

But I can keep track of workouts:
yesterday: yoga, 5 miles of running.

today: weights only (190 lb)
rotator cuff
pull ups 4 sets of 10, 3 of 5 (went well)
military: 10 x 50 standing (dumbbells, one 50 in each hand), 15 x 50, seated, supported, 10 x 40,
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 50 dumbbell (each arm)
goblet squats: 6 x 30, 50 then 6 x 62 “to the sill)
hex dead: 5 x 175, 1 x 225, couldn’t break 250, 3 x 225
bench: 10 x 135, 4 x 155 (pause)
decline: 10 x 135
plank (front 2:30), head stand, knee stretch

slight back soreness

doing better though.
