Ugh..lower (TMI)

Oh boy..I think that dietary mistakes hurt my lower digestive track..I’ve got cramping in my lower abdomen. Well, lesson learned…BRAC diet for a while.

Still, I got a late workout: Cornstalk 5.1 mile walk (modest pace) followed by weights: rotator cuff, pull ups (5 sets of 10, then 10 more at the end), military: 10 x 50, 10 x 45, 10 x 40, rows: 10 x 110 (3 sets machine), plank (forward, some side with better arm placement). incline: 7 x 135 (ran out of gas), decline: 10 x 155, etc.

Watch Fareed Zakaria on our current border crisis. He points out that our asylum laws DO have to be changed; people are trying to use this as an end run to immigrate. We do have to do something…and yes, he says that Trump has a point..which is painful to admit.

Yes, we had a hand in destabilizing the region, and some of our previous policies have at least encouraged some of the behavior we are seeing at the border by the would be immigrants or asylum seekers.
